I have reconnected my old Talktalk Youview box & this will allow access to on demand TV but unlike my BT box I can't record on it so unless I can find a way to fix the problem I will need to look for another provider.IPTV, electronic programme guide, video on demand, digital video recording Talktalk support sent me instructions to set up port forwarding for the Humax box as it wasn't listed in access control section of router- set to BT box IP address & port forwarding ports as for Talk talk Youview box but this made no difference. It is connected via Power line adapters & I have checked these are working & updated the BT box software & restarted it & the new BT modem & Talktalk router several times. The BT box worked perfectly before with my Talktalk faster fibre connection & router. The open reach modem DSL & internet lights go out & the internet takes about 5 minutes before it reconnects, but mostly the router light indicates it is still connected to the internet( Sagecom 5364) The box says it is connected to the internet but all of the players/ on demand programmes freeze after the start up screen & the entire internet connection crashes, both wired & wi-fi. I have recently 'upgraded' my Talktalk faster fibre broadband to Faster Fibre 150with TV & since then my BT Humax DTR- t2100 has been unable to load any on demand TV players.
